These terms apply to your use of Questionnaire Drafter for Confluence ("the app"), provided by Quordo ("we", "us"). Your use of the app is also governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement presented at install.
What the app does
The app generates draft answers to questionnaires from your own Confluence content. Every output is a draft for human review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any answer before relying on or submitting it.
No warranty on generated content
Drafts are produced by AI from the content you provide and may contain errors or omissions. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions made or content submitted based on unreviewed drafts.
Acceptable use
Use the app only with content you are authorized to process, and in compliance with applicable laws and your organization's policies.
Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the app. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months preceding the claim.
